Split cement base

Ideal for cases that the surface is of cement or tiles and we want to be able to move it without reaming on the ground the size of the umbrella is big; depending on the size, the cement plates can be 8 instead of 4 when there is strong wind. Each cement piece weighs approximately 22 kg, i.e. each line of four weighs 88 kg. Based on the size and the type of the umbrella, the lines can be two or three exceeding thus 250 kg. Industrial metal type wheels can also be placed on the metal plate with the cements in order to be easily moved in special cases.
